Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant should be a of minimum 18 years of age.
- Indians/Persons of Indian origin or a Multi-National Company having its registered office in India.
- The applicant shall be of Indian nationality or a company registered in India or a Non-Resident
- Preference will be given to the applicants who own a similar business interest and have title-free land / clear title lease land as per the required criteria.
